Sometimes you need an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on.
Not that you want them to solve your problem but just listening can be enough.
It has been scientifically proven that crying releases things then you feel better.
(Didn't get to technical did I?)
Men keep their emotions locked up inside or lash out by hitting.
Bottled emotions leads to heart attacks.
Women release those emotions by crying.
I'm not talking about those who cry at the drop of a hat but
those who express true feelings.
I think I would rather wet my face with tears than explode.
I don't really want to lash out at those close to you.
By crying, I keep my sanity and it helps me cope with whatever
situation comes my way.
May you have friends who will lend you a shoulder to cry on
